Senior Pastor
Jason Moye
Bro. Jason joined our staff in 2019. He is a native of Monroeville, AL. He is married to Misty and has 2 daughters, Grace and Reagan. Prior to joining First Baptist Butler, Jason served as Associate Pastor at Mexia Baptist Church.

Associate Pastor/Youth
SCOTT WHEELER
Bro. Scott is originally from Crossett, Arkansas, where he has served churches in youth ministry and as a senior pastor for over 20 years. Bro. Scott is married to Brooklin and they have two children, Bryson and Maddie.
Secretary
Brittney Lindsey
Brittney grew up in the small town of Bigbee, Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. Since graduation, Brittney has worked in various secretarial positions. She married her husband, Matt Lindsey, in 2010, and they have two children together, Hunter and Stone. In addition to being the church secretary, Brittney serves in our church choir, Praise Team, and teaches discipleship training to our children.
Pianist
Susie Herndon
Susie is a longtime member of FBC. She became the church pianist in 1979 and recently became the church custodian in December 2016. Prior to working as the custodian, she worked at Anderson Regional Wound Healing Center as a certified HBO technician and licensed respiratory therapist for 30 years. She is married to Bruce Herndon and between them they have 5 children and 6 grandchildren.
Custodian
Misty Moye
Misty joined out team in August of 2023 as Custodian. She is the wife of Brother Jason and they have two beautiful children, Grace and Reagan. Misty leads our Women’s Bible Study on Sunday nights.
Worship Leader
Harolyn joined the staff at FBC in October 2025. She has served in several churches across the Southeast and is a graduate of Lee University and The University of West Alabama. Harolyn has been part of collegiate worship groups and has sung background vocals for artists including Jason Crabb, the Gaither Vocal Band and Gordon Mote. She is married to Bradley and they have one son.
